It all began with a literal drinking game we made up in college. And, well, things kind of escalated from there until we were hosting a live show where we watched episodes of a popular nature documentary while issuing a stream of snarky commentary. We regularly interrupted said documentary to play episode themed games, like Penguin Parent Egg Swap Relay Race and (this season’s must-play party game) Sea Creature or Butthole? We topped it all off with silly but sustainable prizes. The only home for this kind of elevated nerd snark was Caveat on the Lower East Side.
